  • Add ⅛th teaspoon of ground cinnamon, preferably Ceylon cinnamon.
  • Add ⅛th teaspoon of ground black pepper.
  • Add ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder.
  • Let it boil for 2 minutes and then serve.
  1. Fresh Turmeric Tea
  • Chop ½ inch of fresh turmeric into thin slices.
  • Combine it with water and boil it for 5 minutes.
  • Flavour it with unrefined sugar, jaggery or maple syrup and serve.
  1. Turmeric Honey-Lemon Tea
  • Add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1/8th teaspoon of ground black pepper in water.
  • Bring it to a boil and add honey with half lemon juice and serve hot.
  1. Golden Milk
  • Use milk which could be Homemade Nut Milk, Full-Fat Coconut Milk, or Another Plant-Based Milk.
  • Add milk to a saucepan and put it on heat.
  • Add ½ teaspoon of turmeric milk, ⅛th teaspoon of black pepper, 1 crushed cardamom, and ½ teaspoon of ground ginger in milk and bring it to boil.
  • Let it boil for 5 minutes then turn off the heat and add raw honey to it.
